Osteopath and Craniosacral Therapy Specialist

Alberto Panizo holds a Higher Degree in Osteopathy from the Real Centro Universitario María Cristina (R.C.U.), affiliated with the Complutense University of Madrid, accredited with 180 ECTS credits (4,500 hours of study following the European Credit Transfer System). He also pursued Philosophy and Literature studies at the University of the Basque Country.

In 1994, he graduated in Craniosacral Therapy from the prestigious International Institute for Craniosacral Balancing® (Bremgarten/Bern, Switzerland), where he later collaborated as an assistant professor. His advanced training includes:

Expanding his expertise, Alberto trained in Rebalancing® and ARUN Conscious Touch®, specializing in the treatment of stress-related somatic symptoms.

He spent several years living in India, deepening his knowledge of meditation techniques, Ayurvedic philosophy, Yoga, and Bioenergetics, which greatly influence his holistic approach today.

Recognized as a pioneer in introducing Craniosacral Therapy in Spain, he has presented at major symposiums across Europe and Asia, including:

• Physiotherapy Conferences at the University School of Physiotherapy of La O.N.C.E. (Autonomous University of Madrid)

• European Craniosacral Association (Germany)

• International Congress of Manual Therapies (Madrid)

Alberto is co-author of the book “Comprehensive Approach to Health in Physiotherapy”, and has collaborated as a reviewer and editor for specialized osteopathy publications.

He was a registered member of APTN COFENAT since 2000 (Registered Osteopath No. 839).

Today, he teaches Craniosacral Therapy courses in Spain and offers weekly consultations in Barcelona and Reus.
